A Day in the Life of a Seminarian

Did you ever wonder we a seminarian does all day?  Here is a great video that explains it!

Fr David!

It is good to see posts from you again. Being at Catholic University, I am reminded daily of how lucky I am to be here. I feel like I am at the center of the Church in America, which is in DC, arguably the center of the world. It is a true blessing. I know one of the seminarians in the video, and walk the same sidewalks as all of them daily. Thank you for posting this!
Will you be coming up for the March for Life?

God Bless.

I have a question: should seminarians wear cassocks, or other clerical attire, outside the liturgy while they're on campus? There seems to be considerable variation from seminary to seminary, but I'm wondering which practice is really best for the seminarians.

It would be good, Father David, if you could tell us a little more about your life, both here, on your blog, and in your homilies.

Sometimes the best way to begin a homily is to start out with some little story... Your scholarly presence in the diocese is greatly admired and deeply appreciated, but we are just folks, we need something a little more friendly, please...a little more down to earth, which we can relate to and use in our everyday lives...

Thank you!
